From first contact to final drop-off — no corners cut
Everything we do is guided by four core values. They shape how we hire, how we operate, and how we treat every single client.
Your time is precious. We track every flight, monitor traffic in real time, and plan every route meticulously — so we're always where we need to be.
What happens in the vehicle stays in the vehicle. All chauffeurs are bound by strict confidentiality agreements. Privacy is not an optional extra — it's the foundation of how we operate.
From the polish on the car to the crispness of the uniform, every detail matters. We refuse to cut corners and hold ourselves to the very highest standards in everything we do.
We genuinely care about the people we transport. Our chauffeurs are warm, professional, and attentive — making every journey as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
Every Aurum chauffeur is carefully selected and thoroughly vetted. All of our drivers hold enhanced DBS checks, professional chauffeur licences, and sign non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements before their first journey.
They are trained in advanced driving, first aid, and exceptional client care. When you step into an Aurum vehicle, you're in trusted hands.
